Return & Refund Policy
All our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or there is a manufacturing error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ukiyoe.aiueo@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note: we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind), or for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color selected)

Sale items or gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Items returned without prior approval
If you’re unsure about your eligibility for a return, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return (i.e., damaged or defective), we’ll offer a replacement or refund. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund or replacement is processed.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this applies only to items that are not customized and are in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, many items may be exempt from this rule. Please contact us to verify eligibility.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request, we’ll notify you. If a refund is issued, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
